An IIT Delhi postgraduate, Tarun co-founded Brand Fanatics, a creative first digital marketing agency, and Technium Labs, a venture-backed learning platform, and led global growth at Aptech Limited as Senior Vice President. At PracticeNext, he helps brands navigate complexity with clarity and deploy technology with purpose.

With 15+ years crafting brand identities and digital experiences, Dimple brings clarity to complexity and emotion to execution. Her work spans Saint-Gobain, Flipkart, The Hillcart Tales, Absorbia, and Hinduja Group where visual strategy translates directly to business impact.

At PracticeNext, she leads brand and digital product design, balancing creative vision with commercial rigor. An Applied Art graduate from Mumbai University with a PG Diploma in Digital Design from C-DAC, Dimple combines technical precision with intuitive creativity. As an advanced yoga practitioner, she brings the same discipline to design: intentional, balanced, and purposeful.

With 10+ years designing digital products for millions across hospitality, logistics, BFSI, D2C, B2B and consumer goods, Aditya creates experiences where complexity disappears and conversion becomes intuitive.

He doesn't just design interfaces, he architects ecosystems, staying actively involved from UX strategy through development, including chatbots, APIs, and the technical integrations that make seamless experiences possible. A graduate of Amity International Business School, Aditya leads product and experience design at Practice Next, where every design decision serves both user intent and business impact.
